Plank Enterprises promises to create at least 22 jobs at its north side Eau Claire plant in the next three years.
The Eau Claire City Council agreed in a 10-0 vote Tuesday afternoon (24JAN12) to provide the company with a forgivable loan from the city's economic development fund if it meets that mark.
"It's up to us to help spur the economy as much as we can," Councilman Mark Olson said.
