Badger IE is an industrial distribution company specializing in material handling equipment and industrial supplies. Badger offers high quality, economical alternatives for industrial equipment and safety needs.Badger’s web site includes photos, product descriptions and specifications accompanying listings for material handling, dock equipment, lifting, storage and retrieval, shop equipment, safety equipment, drum handling equipment, work platforms, personnel lifting and much more. |

LDPI, Inc. is officially Incorporated after the restructuring of LPI, Inc. and has become a recognized leader for manufacturing lighting products in the area by expanding its original vision to include industrial and commercial lighting products. |

LPI, Inc. is officially Incorporated as a lift manufacturer and has established itself as a leader in "made to order" products through its commitment to research and development, and design flexibility.
The company utilizes its Engineering/CAD staff to investigate and develop new products and to improve and customize existing products. Through close communication with its clients, LPI® is able to individually meet the specific needs of each customer. |

Pro~Cise, Inc. is officially Incorporated and established after the restructuring of LPI, Inc. All machining aspects of LPI are merged and Incorporated as Pro~Cise, Inc. Pro~Cise is a designer of precision components for manufacturing processes.The equipment available includes modern CNC turning and machining centers, along with complementary equipment, and contract services on various technical levels. |

Formation of Plank Enterprises, Inc.
As a way to create autonomy between the divisions of LPI, Inc., the sharholders, on 7-1-99 changed the name of LPI, Inc. to Plank Enterprises, Inc. in order to create a holding company format. The divisions of the old LPI, Inc. are now formally incorporated into stand-alone entities named LDPI, Inc., LPI, Inc., and Pro~Cise, Inc. |

Now based in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, LDPI designs, engineers and manufactures its lighting products for applications ranging from hazardous locations and harsh environments to general industrial and facility lighting. LDPI’s lighting products are utilized in both new construction and retrofit projects. |

Due to steady growth, LPI, Inc. moved its lift operations to a larger manufacturing facility located in Eau Claire, WI.
LPI designs and manufactures personnel lifts and work platforms suitable for use in a wide variety of industrial settings and applications. LPI supplies equipment to customers in rail, aircraft, construction machinery, transportation, and other manufacturing settings. Applications range from painting and blasting to maintenance and material handling. |

LPI, Inc. began its operations in Osseo, WI. As a manufacturer of personnel lifting and work positioning equipment for the paint finishing industry. LPI marketed its products through paint booth distributors and through direct sales. With the introduction of its line of industrial lifting equipment a few years later, LPI became an industry leader for lifting equipment within the paint finishing marketplace. |
